We're sorry to see you go. Before you cancel your subscription,
please be aware of the following:
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your
current billing period.
After cancellation, you will lose access to all premium
features.
All your patient data and notes will be retained for 30 days
after your subscription ends.
After 30 days of inactivity, your data will be permanently
deleted from our database.
You can resubscribe at any time before the 30-day period to
regain access to your data and the platform.
Data Retention Policy
ScribeAI retains your data for 30 days after subscription
cancellation to allow for easy reactivation. After this
period, we will manually delete your data in compliance with
HIPAA regulations.
If you wish to permanently delete your data before the 30-day
period or have any questions, please contact our support team
